Inflatable Play Park, Trampoline Parks and Soft Play centers all regularly require maintenance, usually this is only carried out either on the annual inspection or when a small problem becomes a big problem but by that stage its now causing you problems with equipment been down, trying to find a repair company and the stress of a large bill. At Big Event Safety we have you covered. We have a comprehensive package that can be tailored to suit your needs.
All new clients will have a comprehensive inspection carried out regardless of when your last one was done, this is to allow us to fully understand the state of your equipment from this we will then highlight all the issues we have found under a traffic light system - Red is it needs repaired immediately and yellow highlights any issues that are small but will need addressed within a time frame of 6 months or less. If there are no operators manuals we will create these as part of our maintenance package. Call out and mileage is included when under 100 miles, otherwise chargeable.
Once the inspection is carried out we will provide a quotation to rectify all issues highlighted in red and once those issues are taken care off we will sign you up to our maintenance contract which is custom made for yourselves.
With the maintenance we will come out every 3 months to your site and spend the day addressing any issues we find or any issues you have highlighted, millage will be included within your contract. Any emergency repairs will be prioritized and a discount for this service is given.

Testing can be performed at your venue, at our warehouse, or in a hired hall if needed. You can also collaborate with nearby companies to reduce testing costs.
